Here are a couple of pictures, one of the sculpture behind the altar in the Chapel of the Good Shepherd and the other a picture I took on the close while waiting for chapel. (The foot in the bottom right belongs to my floormate.)
Joe..it has been so great following your steps into seminary. Keep up the posting and we can share your adventures! We have visited St. Thomas many times (Leslie lives in NYC) and if you can imagine St. Thomas on St. George's Day with bagpipes and tons of clergy and also being there on the first day of Advent. It is thrilling. We will keep checking up on you and best of luck as you start your classes. Love from the Bakkes.
Hey Joe, well I finally was able to read your blog. Of course, I started from the wrong end. Oh well, it still made sense. The picture of the close looks like a resort.
I am so proud you and can't wait to hear speak Greek!!!
